Kung ang isda kay naay breathing organ to breathe atmospheric air like bettas and gouramis and in your case your Tarpon ( silver scale ) wa ray problema maski way aerator, but the other fish that you have, that depends on dissolved oxygen in the water, will end up going to the surface gulping surface water so they can breathe. Generally they'll be fine for up to 8 hours without an aerator, but the water quality counts, if hugaw ang tubig, it will make breathing even harder for them, so just do a partial water change if needed especially kung dugay mu balik ang electricity and don't feed them during that time. It's also advisable to have a battery-operated air pump in times of power outages.
