@Lord wala pa diay ka nag training.. hehe mao diay.. kahibaw ko makaya raman gyud nato tanan masanay ra pero malooy pud ta sa ato lawas and stress that comes with this new accnt. lahi rajud ang hp tech. you will notice tag 8k nalang compared sauna bisag buntag 9 to 10k jud to. bottom line di man gyud ma bayran ang kakapoy especially here.. imagine 30 to 50 calls a day (dili ni queing ha) 8mins AHT! knowing our pay will forever be that way years to come not like other companies quarterly bonus and yearly increase sa imo BASIC now thats growth for an agent level. ilang growth is position raman! (I know im bitter and whinning here haha xenxa na mga brad)

mao jud. anyways heads up rani na info akoa pro its your call.. i know tenureship is a big thing pro i feel im just wasting it here in this company better spend it in a better company.. imagine imo early retirement of at least 5yrs will only add your last pay for around almost 20k only thats 5yrs at least. mas better pa ang redudancy. ofcourse your tl and managers will convince us to stay becouse of tenureship blah blah blah becouse bottomline they need us to keep thier own positions as well haha

anyways... 4.5 yrs sa ttechu (lol), walay jud ko gamahay... ayos kaayo ang mga TLs, managers, traininingays and Directors, producers, Casting Crew, Lights Crew, Writters, stunt man, etc... lol

though naay gamay na kahiubos(i think tanan HPTech sauna para sad sila haha), peru keri lang (^_^)
