its advisable to have at least a bathroom scale to tract the progress of your hard work and diet. Manghambog ko today. Before I decided to change my eating, I was 70 kg as of 25th of January 2014. actually, flabby siya gamay. I will start with toning and weights this week. i lose and average of 4lbs a week siguro. i need to hire pt siguro for few sessions then i can be on my own.
