    Can someone please help me fix my Starmobile Engage 7HD tablet, please!!

    It's stuck on the white android logo upon turning on. Even if i do the factory reset thru the volume + power button method.

    Please help...

    We need more details, such as:
    1. Is your device rooted?
    2. Do you have a custom recovery?
    3. Do you run a custom ROM?
    4. Is the device charged? Can it charge?
    5. What were you doing prior to the boot error?

    Also, you mentioned doing a factory reset from the recovery. Try going to recovery again and wipe the cache partition, the reboot.
