As I've said before, Calda's has the superior crust because it's not sweet like the crust that Alberto's has. That's not a crust, that's a pastry! The crust isn't supposed to have any flavor unless you put a little salt. Flavor comes from the toppings [Incidentally, Calda's has superior toppings as well].
