FRENCH TOAST that my son really really loves.
* Sliced bread...the thicker the slice the better. (thickest i found was sa metro ayala nga
bakeshop. mahal lang gali.)
* 2 eggs, condensed milk (to taste) mixed together
* 2T butter and enough oil to panfry ur toast.
slice the bread in half diagonally. dip in the egg mixture. coat both sides well. fry till golden brown. drain on paper towels.

Hi just want to comment on the french toast, remove the condensed milk.
If you can find maple syrup, then use that instead. Go for a canadian brand , grade A or organic for better quality.
Some slices of fruit will be nice too.
Other possible options:
Cornbread Muffins I Recipe - Allrecipes.com
-> very simple to make and really good for breakfast.
try pinoy style: hot rice, fish and egg soup
scramble eggs and toast
some people find it weird but I love doing this: toast a piece of bread, put some peanut butter then top it with sunny side up eggs ( no salt on the eggs peanut butter will do the rest ).. I sooo love this one.
another is : spread catsup on a slice bread then put some quick melt cheese on top and then toast .. instant pizza na..
egg sandwich: hard-boil some eggs, smash it and mix with mayonaise ( japanese mayo are really good, naa sa SM ) and a bit of salt and pepper..
spread on the a toast or any bread , add some veggies if you like ..
