    Default Lexmark ROCKS!!!

    1. Job offer. I am not satisfied. If you are working in a call center and you are now in a level 2 position or higher, trust me, dako kaayo ug cut sa imo present salary coz their compensation package is not really that competitive compared to call centers as far as basic salary is concerned.
I was a Level 3 agent with E______e before and guess... my salary is just like 50% from my previous job. Diha lang kunuhay nila bawi-on sa benefits in which not everyone cannot avail.

Comments for Princess_21: First, you mentioned that you were a Level 3 with ETELECARE why gamble to transfer to Lexmark on Level 1? What was your purpose? Second, you ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO BE A LEVEL 3 if thats what you are wishing for, because YOU DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE YET in terms of printer and toner technology. Since you are already hired by LEXMARK - WORK HARDER, GAIN MORE KNOWLDEGE, EQUIP YOURSELF and PROVE TO THEM that you deserve a RAISE. Rather than posting this worthless comments. What was you entry level when etel hired you? I guess Level 1. If so how did you achieve to be Level 3? HARDWORK!!! then GOOD do it with Lexmark.

    2. Workload. The reason why I gambled working here is because i thought it would be less pressure than working in a callcenter (as what everybody said), but it's not. It may appear that dili kaayo pressure at the beginning but unknowingly, hinayhinayan diay ka ug puno sa mga task to the extent na you will be rendering overtime almost everyday.

    3. "Overtime? Thank you!". In Lexmark, rendering overtime is discouraged. However, the nature of work you have will force you to render overtime, and if that happens.. "thank you!". Mas maayo pa sa callcenter kay bisan 30 minutes nga OT, naay bayad.

Comments for you Princess_21: WORKLOAD:==> First -- since you are a new employee you have lighter task but once you are getting longer do not expect to have lighter workload, what was the purpose of giving you more workloads? Does your Team Lead sees you a possible TL/whatever post in the future or the opposite the IDIOT, take your pick. Lexmark HAS OPEN DOOR POLICY you can say whatever you want based on perfromance and the like. You can speak to any managers or even the GM if you wish and if you have the guts --- there is nothing wrong talking to them LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU FEEL. What you are doing here right now is BRAINWASHING the applicants, etc.

OVERTIME THANK YOU!!! I DON'T Think so. Yes I am a CERTIFIED LEXMARK EMPLOYEE and I AM SO PROUD. I have been rendering over time and I always receive my OT PAY!. There is no such thing as: OT is DISCOURAGED. Lexmark has its own standard and do not compare with those call centers, you are not with them anymore so DEAL WITH IT! When you render overtime be mindful that its always 1hr requirement and 30mins right after. You were not present during the company orientation that is for sure.

    4. CSSC department . It sucks (my apology for the language) I wondered why they, still, keep on hiring people for other positions when in fact, there are most of us who are performing tasks for 2 or 3 people. That's why we are forced to do "charity". Hello? Is there some sort of imbalance here? We already brought this up with strong, supporting data but they ignored it. Maybe daw nagtipid ang company. Now they are opening more positions! Great! Doesn't make any sense

Comments: IT is a CHARITY for you coz no OT was filed, simple right!? As I read all your comments you didn't know what you are saying. You will not know everything what you see and observe are just the tip of the iceberg and you didn't know whats underneath it. Talking about imbalance ---- maybe you need a balance beam to balance yourself first. You need to know how to manage yourself, if you can't manage this things then you will become IMBALANCE to anything you do and if you can't deal with it then you start blaming others.

If you already brought this up with supporting data --- WHAT KIND OF DATA you have? Was it sufficient enough to support your grievances? Do you have access to all kinds of Business Support Systems? It will not make any sense for you now because you don't how the entire business operates.

Lexmark has a lot to offer. The common Call centers Job Ladders: will strart from Agent Level 1- Level 3 - TL -STL -OM -SOM - SD but with Lexmark its not only 1 ladder but numerous ladders. You can explore to other field from Software Development - Hardware Development - Technical Illustrator - IT - HR - etc. We have different Departments that you can transfer to and if you want to challenge yourself. Most Call centers doesn't have this kind of opportunity.

DEAL WITH IT!!! LEXMARK ROCKS!!!!! Let us dall it a DAY........
