I don't think Spec-V means that the GOTY should be given to the game that sold the most. I think what he was trying to point out that eventhough Uncharted 2 deserves the award, MW2 by no means a weak product. It's a well rounded game with lots of replay value.

Myself personally was glad to see Uncharted 2 getting the crown. I thought the graphics on that game was a league on it's own, and the missions were really well paced. But no need to knock down the other nominees. Obviously they got voted for a reason.

Also, popular = crap talk does not always applies, especially for games. You have to understand game publishers are in the business of making money. One way of making sure their product sells well is to generate hype. And sure some fanboys out there go overboard as well, but if you can filter them out and just take the game for what it is, you might actually enjoy it more.

Ang sales or ang quality sa games? EVEN if Soulja Boy sold millions or billions of records in a week, that does not make him a quality artist. One of Tupac Shakur's albums may not sell as much as what Soulja Boy did, Tupac Shakur's work is way better in quality than Soulja Boy's work.The same logic applies.

I have the game & I have a PS3. And I enjoy it to its fullest!

However if you just want to ride on the hype bandwagon then MW2 is with you.

Of course I do...Modern Warfare 2 deserves attention to folks who enjoy "Games."
