Anyway, its not right for me when:
- they advertise you get 8 HD channels
- then they write that 4 are upscaled (first only a sports channels should have been upscaled)
- then you get in fact only 2 HD channels, which makes it 2 HD + 6 SD, but payment is charged for 8 HD

What I have discovered today is, that all HD channels have almost NO sound on the left channel, just on the right. SD channels have sound on both channels... did we talk about HD? This is like MONO, 1 channel sound..., nothing works properly with their HD... not even the sound.

Btw, does anybody has the HD/combo box and can make a screenshot fitting the star movies on their screen?

Does also anybody know where are the other 6 HD channels beside history and ngc?

lol...dili maayo pagka upscale ang HD from SD, some of the packets sa audio wama decode kaayo, kataw-anan ba ani.

I would like to know from people having the HD or the combo box the ff:

1. When you switch to the sports HD channels, or sony HD channel, or disney HD, is your aspect ratio 4:3 or is it in 16:9 without anything stretched, and a circle is really round?

2. Do you have sound on the left audio channel when you switch to an HD channel?

This would help me to pinpoint the source of my issues.
Could be my LNB, could be the box, could be that cignal is cheating.
After multiple calls to manila, all people their told me after testing in at their place that the have the sports channels and all the other HS channels in 16:9 aspect ratio.

Sorry bout the crappy pics but its clearer in actual. I don't know if its 16:9 or 4:3 but it does fill up all the screen. And, yeah, sound on left channel is low.

This indicate that the sound issue is really their problem... that's weird. We should complain!

Looks to me that it is a stretched 4:3 image, because the proportion of the arm/head are not right.

The attached image is the same, squeezed back to 4:3, and it look far more correct, so yes, its a 4:3 SD image they sell you as HD...

We should complain, considering we pay 1290 pesos/month...
