im reviving an old hand me down imac PPC G3 450 mhz dvd slot drive, usb kb usb mouse
usb and firewire port with airport ready

it has classic OS 9 installed but i think some files are missing so i want to do a reinstall unfortunately the original cd that came with the imac got lost in transition

the problem is i cannot install any updates, software, applications, games etc but i can play games, movies and use apple works

basically its for my son just for playing games and watchin movies

im noob to mac. can you help?? i know now that jag is hard to find...
