I'd like the ability to give and take away powers from other people. That way I wouldn't be the only powered person on the planet. I'd start handing out powers to friends and family, then move on to random strangers. If I saw anyone abusing the powers I gave them, I'd just take them away.

Once the world caught on that I was giving out powers, I could charge for my services. Doctors would pay millions to try and have "healing hands". What if a judge ended up being able to read minds and know if someone is guilty?. A firefighter who couldn't be burned or a marine biologist who could breathe underwater.

If I wanted use of their powers, I'd have them help me out. If they refuse, I'd take away their powers.
