    we are once again giving some wrong or indirect solutions. haven't you noticed why could the drivers and operators could easily voice out and even stage a strike? it's because they have a union. problema sa mga pasahero and commuters kay ipasa na pud tanan sa gobyerno ug maghuwat lang kung unsa ang mabuhat. how about organizing a group for the people? i guess it's doable. we have jack jakosalem here in the forum, he could really help.
