    basta don't push yourself too hard.. and minaw lang sa imong trainer and things will be fine..

    speaking of working out... what specific workout ang makagamay sa part sa may pubic region

    its the part where your pubes is. kun sa babaye pa na mao na ang pus on(is that it?) naglisod ko ug workout anang parteha (some parts of the body, naa may specific machines gamiton. i just dont know that part of the body kung unsa gamiton)

    repetitive lifts using lighter weights gradually tones your muscles without giving you the BOLD LOOK

    Vangogh, to avoid injuries, make sure na mag stretching ka muna... tapos treadmill ka na walking lang wag ka agad tatakbo.. once you prep up your adrenaline, you burn calories.. now, before lifting weights, make sure to relax by slowly walking uli kasi mahihilo ka pag baba ng treadmill

    hehe ako gi-time-an ang lakaw gikan eskina padong amo balay... 10-15 mins ra diay... ngek :P pero mayna lang na kaysa wala... kapoy man gud og work out after school.. nya busy pa ko ron, naay project.. i hope to get back to working out soon though..

    @EOSMan : low weights + high reps = endurance
    mid weights + mid reps = tone
    high weights + low reps = strength


    @ares623: you know eventually ma adapt nimo ang body..
