i can remember b4 during my time pod ky naa man mi mga newly graduates na CIs pod adto. they are gud though naay uban di kaau maau ug teaching strategies but has the knowledge and skills.

i am so proud na after all these years, ky at one time nagkauban mi ako teacher (which younger than i am but younger batch ko nila ky 2nd courser man ko that time...) dri ron, he was my direct supervisor at the medical-surgical ward of this 650-700 bed capacity acute facility then i was so nervous during my 1st day...

i told him how anxious i was BUT he only told me one thing and this is the way he said it ..." U R A CAROLINIAN, U CAN DO THIS!" He is one of the most respected worker here ky he never stopped learning. he left my floor because he advance himself and now he is a CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST. Look for Leofer Escobal between Batch 1995 or 1996! along with Renilda Tejones who is in practicing as an OR Theater RN here...

Naa ra na sa taw kung unsaon nimo pagdala imo kaugalingon. bisan unsa pa na ka bugoy during college days, it is still unfair to predict or judge one's being ky basi makurat nalang nya mo na mas ngilngig pa unya ug trabaho ky sa mga honor rolls! so dont judge any1 nor the school!
