it's really upsetting kapila na ni nahitabo sa mga istoryan sellers na mga way klaro. last time i ordered la ka ga inform na namalhin na diay mo. you didn't edit your first post as to where the orders should be picked up. i went to your store near lighthouse sauna thinking didto kuhaon gyapon, i wasted a day tungod lang ana wala ka mu inform. but ok ra, SAYUP PUD NAKO WALA NAKO GI TAGSA TAGSA BASA TANAN PAGES SA IMO THREAD... so nisabot nalang ko.
pero today, i asked my bf a favor na sya mu kuha sa ako order (kay im sick karon) coz READY FOR PICK UP man kuno.... and wala diay to. unsa man na uy . para pm or text lang just to inform me nga wala pa diay ang order. is it that hard? wala kay lista sa mga nag order nimo sis? dili lang bya imo thread ang nasa sa istorya so i don't check this thread everyday. since confirmed naman unta ako order wa nako mu visit ngari...
so kani nalang CANCEL MY ORDER... AND DON'T EXPECT ANY ORDER FROM ME ANYMORE...
salamat sa pagbasa and I hope you will value your buyers more. it helps to keep track of their orders and their contact info if you keep a small notebook or directory kung asa mo.

sis it's my bad cuz missy (the staff at the office) didn't get my instruction. actually, your order was already ready only that she was confused about the set. Even if it's missy's fault, it's still my bad on my end. I apologize for this.

I can't remember tanan customer nga mainform nko sa new address, so i posted here sa thread....please read lang carefully sis naa jud na first thread nkabutang ang address. basin wla lang nimo nabantayan. My apologies kng wla ka nainform cuz taud2x pud ka wla nkarepeat order.
It was my staff's mistake that she got confused about the set and I acknowledge that it was a bad on our end.
The items were really ready for pickup. Just that there was just a misunderstanding between me and my staff.
We value our customers sis but there are just times that we commit errors such as this. I didn't send you any pm's regarding your order cuz i already gave instructions in the office to have it prepared and there was no cancellation or whatsoever. It was purely human error and I ask for apologies for such error.
We understand that you were disappointed and that you wanted not to do business with us anymore but we just want you to know that we never meant you any harm nor inconvenience.
Our apologies and rest assured that we will learn something from this.
etzina is correct. very confusing jd. i thought the item i ordered last december was already available, pero nabaligya na diay. my husband was there last monday, nya sa tuesday pa diay ma available. now nglisud ko sa sched kay i have meetings this week. dli sad mu pwede ka meet or accomodate sa ayala man lang. traffic man gd karon kay sinulog. nya i get off at 6p pa so mga 6.30-7 nko maabot dra. and ur office closes at 5. is there anyway we can work on this? i want to get my item soon, thanks.
