it's about time that these developments materialize. i think that CDO is way behind davao and cebu, to think that CDO is the "Gateway" of Mindanao.

Updated with a clearer pic..my insider said he might be able to give more leaked drawings when he returns from his vacation leave.They are finalizing the plans na daw.. The main mall with have a supermarket sa lower ground floor, department store sa 1st to 3rd floor.and 4 cinemas, foodcourt and entertainment hub sa 4th floor .. there will also be a sports/recreation zone(?) and a technology zone (cyberzone?) The first 2 levels of the BPO hub will be retail and is part of the al-fresco area and the BPO space will be from 3rd to 12th floor The future 3-tower condo development wont be their project but a separate firm pero from what he heard, high rise daw

IMO lang ha. Daghan kaayo mga rumors ug mg claim/ hoax, pero wala juy official press release gikan sa ayala. Ga duda jud ko ani ni licoanpogs, basin gikan ni siya sa insecure nga city unya ga himo2x lang dayon ug istorya para himuong kiko ang taga cagayan.

Start of construction has been delayed to end of february to early march..reason is nag change ang plan because the board wanted a more "green" building.. dako dako daw ang na change compared sa preliminary design but it will still be a mall with BPO and residential component.. the construction plans were finalized before Christmas daw but wala pa ang result sa bidding .once the project is awarded magstart na sab ang construction
