    Hi! Actually, sayun ra man ang concept sa padaot... lisod lang buhatun. Discipline man jud siya.

    I weighed 197 lbs nya 16 yrs old ko atu! KAMATAY! But after 4 months, lost 30 lbs. Hehehe...

    What I did? Wa siya ni involve ug pills, mga pa wala sa appetite, and stuff like that. Two things lang jud, EXERCISE and WELL-BALANCED DIET. Mu share ko sa ako gi buhat kay nindot man gud ang feeling nya i want other people who are struggling with their weight na they will know unsa ka nindot maka shed off ug pounds!

    WELL-BALANCED DIET
    Dili diet na usa nalang ka carrot stick imong ka unon sa usa ka meal... dhur... binuang naman na brad. Your meal should consist of GO, GLOW and GROW foods. IMPORTANT KAAYO NI! Uban tao mu think na OA kaayo ni pero mao jud ni ako gi buhat. Refrain from crash-diets, kamu ra ang alkansi in the long run. I count my calorie intake. Some people kay against jud aning calorie-counting idea pero mu tuo jud ko. If your calorie expenditure is LESS than your calorie intake, mu TAMBOK ka. If MORE ang calorie expenditure nimo than intake, u lose weight. Medyo broad and concept when it comes to mga diet2x and mu vary sad siya sa lain2x klase na tao so, it's better to consult a dietian. That's what I did.


    EXERCISE
    Focus more on cardiovascular exercises. Mao na ang exercises that will burn fats. Keep track sad sa imong heart rate para makahibaw ka asa ka na zone mas effective ang fat burn... this varies with age. Important sad ang weight training. Although ang cardio jud ang makapasingot, weight training improves your metabolic rate. Plus, ma tone pa jud imong muscles! Nya di mag yat2x imong arms and all. Then again, mu vary gi hapon ang exercise routine sa usa ka tao coz of heart problems, diabetes, age, asthma, and etc. Consult your doctor jud before starting a workout program.


    Kanang mga diet2x sayun ra man na buhatun. Ang challenging ani kay ang pag sacrifice man ug time para maka workout, especially if studyante ka. There's a lot of time management you have to do inorder to achieve ur goals. But trust me, worth it ra ni tanan in the end.

    It's never to late or too early to lose weight.
