Yup naay call center nga under sa NCR-CDC, bag-o ra na sila nag operate. System Media ang pangalan sa maong call center.

Sa akong pagsabot, kining System Media, mao kini ang division sa NCR, nga mao nag produce anang thermal papers para sa printer ug uban pa kahimanan nga gamiton sa other division sa NCR. Morag, kanang customer service, kay add-on ra na nga trabaho nila...Kung call center man gani na, maybe NCR related businesses ra pud siguro ang cater ana.

Of course, I maybe wrong....so, mga bebots diay ning nagwork sa System Media?....

just to add to that, i would say , support center ang systemedia cebu facility. the requests that they work on are from Sales rep , customer service rep , finance, warehouse, vendors. i would love to elaborate, but i better not. they don't take calls just to enter orders nor do i consider their work a call center job =)
