@jaeahr... bruh... sorry for this noob question... ask lang ko kung para asa nah ang "creatine monohydrate"... im not familiar with supplements gud... i mean, unsay effects anih sa body while working out?
    @onig.heck.

work in progress ko bruh. i'm trying to create and sculpt art when i start cutting. the clean bulk is creating a foundation for future and epic things to come. i work out 6x a week. i work out 3 days. break. workout 3 days. i ONLY work out for 1.5-2 hours a day. i don't waste time in the gym. no time for that.
if you can't find 1.5 hrs a day to get the body you want. then ambot. haha. pru i know you can =). no excuses bruh. i'm a 30 year old nursing student. but i have no summer classes. thankfully.

dont compare yourself to me. you're you. i'm me. lahi imung life. BUT. you can adjust. IMO. i think you should workout before you go to work. you will feel energized the whole entire day. the "pump" that working out creates revitalizes and energizes you. so many things going on in your body after a working. muscle repair. increased blood circulation. etc. then you sleep after work. rinse and repeat =)

or adjust your workout. if you can only workout 3x a week. try to hit 3 muscle groups per day. i only hit 2.

ADJUST + CONSISTENCY + NO EXCUSES = RESULTS

    IE:
    6PM wake up
7AM eat breakfast / pre workout meal
    8-10 go to the gym
    11 PM go to work
    8AM leave work
9AM log into istorya / facebook / youtube / eat dinner
    11AM SLEEP
    6PM wake up again =)

creatine is probably the only guaranteed supplement that works for EVERYONE. just because we create it in our body and we get it from meat. i'm not saying other supplements don't work but it's really a hit or miss. every one's body reacts differently. it's an athetletic enhancer. it takes about 1-2 months to start working though.
do a quick google search on creatine. you'll find all the info. too many to lists. hehe.

people think i spend a lot of time in the gym but i'm in. and i'm out. hehe no one is paying me to stay longer. nor am i competing for anything. i do it for health reasons. i just know what i'm doing as far as form and exercises go. so no wasted time.

do you know who Zach Zeiler is? he's had cancer since he was 15 years old. this was the biggest thing that got me into training. i can't even stress it enough how much respect i have for this kid. he's only 19 years old.

i use to feel sorry for myself or think i wasn't capable of doing this or that. especially training wise. since i've always failed due to health reasons. i can't even count the times i've joined a gym and had to stop after 1 month due to injury or an arthritis attack. i'm diabetic with THREE types of arthritis. but after i read this kid's story. i stopped feeling sorry for myself and stopped making excuses.

if a cancer patient can do it.....anyone can.

Is there a right time when to take the Amino (supplement)? What's best recommended, before or after work out? Noob question here. Thanks!

pede ra ko mo answer anih part? it should be before and after work out.. (pre-workout, 1 -2 caps and then post-workout, 1-2 caps).. depende ra sad na nimo pila ang dosage... before i took 3 caps before and 3 caps after... so all in all 6 caps/tabs every work out session... pero dili maayu mag sige inom kay makadaot sa kidney.. heheh... but highly recommended to drink water a lot during workout session... for a healthy option... you eat 5 eggs everyday and Monggoes (sabaw), these are good sources of amino acid/ protein... not to mention, taho!

    Just a correction.

Amino tablets does NOT damage the kidneys at all.

Personally, i wouldn't spend money on amino tabs at all. Just think about it. ON Amino 2222. 1 serving = 2g. Seriously, what will 2g of amino acid/protein do to your system? Do you really think 2g will produce a SIGNIFICANT effect? I'd rather buy an egg(6g protein on average) than waste money on Amino supplements. The only advantage it has is it no longer has to be digested, since it's already in its simplest form. BCAA's and EAA's are the only amino supplements worth mentioning.

my bad sir... sorry... im not actually referring directly sa substance na amino acid nga makadamage sa kidney... let's say sa capsule... dili tanan substance anah ma hilis, there are residues nga mahabilin ma stuck sa imong kidney that may result to mild kidney stone or something sa kidney... not really sure of what it is... hehe.. mao nga dili advisable gyud nga daghan tambal imnum... correct me if im wrong...
