Ang medical exam compliance slip lang..Submit it to your trainer cz its a proof that ur done..

Ang result will be forwarded to Stream(CVG) clinic then usually you submit the form to the trainer. Just tell your trainer when you start na wala na ang importante is ma dawat sa clinic ang result without any issue.
