    so true. rome wasn't built in a day. call center / working or not. student or not. if you want something; you have to be prepared to do things you aren't use to doing. those who train in the gym - we are wolves hiding under sheeps clothing. alpha males. we don't want to be ordinary. we're trying to be extra-ordinary.

    less facebook. less HoN/LoL/DoTa2. less youtube. less *******. whatever it takes. i can GUARANTEE you ( INCLUDING MYSELF ) i spend more time on the internet than the actual gym. but i find 1.5 - 2 hours a day 6x a week to go to the gym.

    Ask lng ta ko mga sir unsa na mga workout ang mka eliminate sa lower belly fat? Para nko ok nmn akong upper sa lower abs lng gyd ko nagkalisod. Home workout rko pero nka kita rmn sd kog improvements sa akong lawas.

    Makatabang ba ang running?
    Any suggestions?

    i couldn't agree more.. CONSISTENCY is the word... dili gyud malikayan nga mo tukar ang ka tapulan mo adto sa gym pero make it to the point nga ma kontra ang katapol kay at the end of the day, nice kaayu ang feeling once makakita ka sa improvement and the results sa imong kakugi... dili lalim manakit ang lawas inalsa...

    super sakto. i've been training religiously at metrosports for about 50-60 days now. currently doing a bulk and cut cycle. i'm still on my clean bulk. never would i of thought GAINING weight would be so awesome. i'm doing a complete body re-composition and i can't tell you how different my body looks and i'm so proud. every time i stare at the mirror. it's like WTF?

    the thing that i love about training is that it's basically a 1 man sport. especially if you have no gym partner and you lone wolf it.
    you can see EXACTLY how your efforts are going every time you look at the mirror or every time you add weight/rep/etc. or when someone compliments you on your body or how you look in clothes. or even at the gym when people are MIRIN' you.

    this picture explains it all. bcn kapoy cgeg read akong wall of text. hahaha. KEEP IT UP MGA BRUHZ!
