    naa unta ko i ask., since nasakit ko and prohibited ko magpa busog, unsa deay akong buhaton para naay resulta ang akong pag workout every 3 days..i know dapat mo kaon ko para mo dako ko og ang akong muscle. kaso dli pde kay naa pa ko sakit "for the mean time"..naa pa ba kaha koy pag asa para mkakita og result bsag d ko pde mo kaon og daghan? thanks

    I suggest you eat by chunks nalang bro.. Mao pud na pa-agi aron dili modaku ang tummy.. hehe.. Try daw 7-9 meals a day pero ginagmay lang ang volume, monitor lang pud dayon sa imong carb ug protein intake dapat within ra gihapon sa imong target. Alalay lang pud dayon sa protein shake.

    mga idol ask ko idea unsa maayo na exercise para sa skinny fat? pag ka bata nako skinny pero pag college na tungod sa inum human hab2 pag adjurn ni burot hasta tiyan... salamats...

Dinner: 2 slice wholemeal bread with 2 tsp low fat/ low calories spread and mixed greens + yogurt... Drinks: Water with lemon.... no softdrinks and no sweet drinks... Mao ni ako kaon Mon-Fri... (Mon-Fri: loss 2-3lbs)...... Saturday-sunday: Kaon ug normal (white rice, etc.)... pagka lunes gain 2lbs.... hahay.... so tabla ra... PAITA!!!! Suwayan ko ning 5X5

    exercise more often... lift heavy weights... Gradually, you'll notice that you are getting stronger... ma shock nalang kah nga makadaog nakas mga bug-at nga dili nimo ma alsa sauna...
