Nice! Asa man ka nag trekking bro? I'm interested in finding out if those are true freshwater crab/shrimp/goby, meaning they don't have to go to the sea once they are born. That would be awesome if they can give birth and raise their young in full freshwater.

yes sir, they are pure freshwater species... They stay in their locale river stream in their lifetime, unless forcibly relocated by flood.heheheh.

yup, cebu ra sir... sa isa ka barangay sa ako hometown sir, Brgy. Caputatan Norte, Medellin, Cebu. )

The second pic looks like a gambusia or mosquito fish. I dont think they're native to Cebu. But the other items are interesting. I have to go there. Taga Medellin man akong dad. Suroy unya ko didto. Hehe

thank you sir... at first pd nako kuha, i thought mosquito fish siya sir kay gamay man ako una nakuha, but nakakuha man ko og mga 3.5 to 4 inches kadako sir, kanang naa sa pic. I don't think nga gi introduce ra na cla sa river stream adto nga part sir kay dugay naman daw nga naa ing-ana nga fish adto, as per sa mga lumulupyo sa lugar. )

Naa ba tay native fish resembling the mosquito fish/gambusia? Murag sa new world ra man Sila. Sa akong nabasahan , puro man cyprinids and gobies atong native fish. Pero basig new species ni. Hehe

Hi! New to this forum (and to aquarium keeping), interested to join the organization. How do I?

Also, how often do you organize trekkings, etc.? Nahan ko mojoin one of these days. Would like unta join the upcoming one this saturday, but too soon (also i'm down with the flu pffft!)
