perfectly right bro!! on that episode, it reveals all the history and i think Alice is part of it.

Alice was instrumental to the foundation of the company. If she didn't cause the riot that resulted to the people in Coyote Sands being killed off, Angela would not decide on convincing the others to start the company to "bag and tag" people like them. That incident impressed on her the importance of keeping their abilities secret, though it was Adam Monroe who ultimately brought the 12 of them together.
