hahahah funny... i cant help my self but to laugh my heart's out... it's one of factor that a working environment is good because of the co-agents you worked with. but lets also take into consideration that the management is a big factor why people do leave TP... The account i was with sucks... poor managerial skills... doesn't even know how to motivate the agents. the managers will asked you to sell but you will not get compensated for that.. they will just give a pack of NOVA or PIATTOS hahahah how awful... Politics is very rampant.... mostly hired sups are part of the so-called "basketball team".... no wonder the agents don't work properly and the absenteeism rate is high because they don't know how to compensate their agents... no proper communication and proper dissemination of information...
ang pinakaiinisan ko lang sa TP is every payday palaging may dispute sa sahod ko... and until now wala pa rin akong natatanggap na kahit sentimo sa mga disputes ko... hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang pinaggagawa ng finance officers nila... pag incident report ang pinapagawa sa kanila naku! nakakalungkot isispin na napaka INCOMPETENT ng HR.... the whole MANAGEMENT na... INCOMPETENT... naman kayong taga management diyan if nababasa niyo to gawan niyo ng paraan.
