Instead of using regular hotdogs, I use the "chickendog" which has more flavor.
Then I melt cheese, all purpose cream and evaporated milk - mixed together.
The result is a sweetilicious and creamylicious pasta dish

Tinuod na pataka meaning.
I cooked it this way, which didn't replicate the one I tasted in Japan but I still loved It.
The salt and flavorings were a great factor for the taste, texture though it was a bit liquid.
I dont know what to add to make it more mushie.

Pasta in Squid Ink Sauce
4 squids + the ink
4 ripe tomatoes or 1 can chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
500gr/1lbs long pasta (ie spaghetti, linguine, bucatini)
120gr grated pecorino cheese
A bunch of parsley
flaked red peppers (optional - if needed)
The usual way...cook the pasta al dente. Gisa all the ingredients for the sauce ..cook the squid sa sauce. Add pecorino cheese if available before eating for more flavor.....mama mia! he he he
