All Star Teams Coaches and Players will be announced on Monday June 28, 2010.

All Star Game Team Composition
* 12 players to a team
* Barangayan System
* Best Statistical Player for each team will be seeded by the Tournament Director and Commisioner
*The remaining slots in the roster will be decided by the All Star Coach
* Team groupings will be as follows:

Team A - Teams ranked 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 Team will be coached by Top Ranked Team Coach
Team B- Teams ranked 2,4,6,8,10,12 Team will be Coached by 2nd Ranked Team Coach

Reminder lang ko for teams to submit their all star shootout participants. A team may field in a maximum of four players for the shootouts meaning 1 player each for the 3 point shootout and free throw shootout and a pair for the 2ball. A player can only play a maximum of 2 shootout events only. The eliminations will have 13 participants or pairs per event and the top three will move on to the finals.
