kinsay tig jogging sa IT part 5 PM- 6 PM during weekends? my wife works in IT park so para mausa ra kong lakaw, didto lang ko mag jod so I could pick her up. wla koy kuyug kay tagsa raman mag jogging inig hapon.
during weekdays sometimes mag roadrun going to IT park maabot IT mga almost 6 mahuman 7pm...weekend wala pako ka try kai friday restday nako na, then saturday cross training so either swimming or stationary bike or briskwalk, para sunday long distance road run..
Early morning ko tigjog sa IT Park. Such a great way to start the day.
