Everybody! CALLTEK is a very nice, very family-oriented company. So if you happen to have a good attitude, can speak english well & can't somehow manage to live w/o computers then CALLTEK is for you. However if you don't have plans to change your habitual tardiness, don't bother applying.

sakto ka bro.d mn sd ingon nga pasagdan lng ta or d kaayo higpit.in fact strict na gani ilang policies karon compared before.it just so happen lng nga ang mga taw dri sa calltek kamao mo sunod sa policies so happy ang tanan.based on my experience dako jd advantage ang calltek ky sa ubang callcenters..awa ha kng naa discrepancies sa swldo pwde ra ka maka duol sa accounting dept drecho. then kng naa ka mga concerns pwede ra ka mo drecho sa HR and owners mismo sa walay pag duha2x. did2 ko sa lain call center before g change na na iyang name krn ug pareha sa band name.liman ka gihilantan nlng ko cge process sa discrepancy sa akong swldo.dn after 5 days gikan sa payday pa nko nakuha akong pay.maayo gni gitabangan ko sa teller sa chinabank ky na luoy cya nga cge ko balik2x did2...mao na ni tagam na jud ko ug mga call centers nga dako na daan.I'm proud to say nga I've seen calltek grow and nka witness ko kng unsa ni ka nice ang company..mski ni hawa nko b4 ni balik jud ko..ana lng ka nice ang calltek.

it's been long since i posted anything here..was just looking around then this thread got my attention!

i was once TSE 2 in calltek but i had to go to work balik dre sa amo place..hi di to sandie, commonsense, bloodyrose, and badu7..

Calltek is a very nice workplace! if there's any work i would want to go back to, i would definitely choose Calltek! if naa p lng ko ngpuyo dra Cebu, anha lng jud tawn ko muwork wui!

nice place, nice pres (hi to Tatay!), super cute and funny VP (hehehehe), graveh ka-buotan n TL's and sups..and most especially ako mga team mates!

although naa mn pod mga taw nga batig attitude..of course, wla jud nay perfect everything anywhere pro dli mana mapansin ky daghan mn ako kalingawan wen i was still working there...

if kaingon mo gbayran cla to say nice things about Calltek (bcoz they are working there), ako kay wla jud ko bayri kay i'm not from there anymore..nalingaw lng ko basa ani n thread and i thought i may have something to add for those who would like to know more about Calltek...tinuod na daghan au ila benefits..as in super daghan jud! kdawat pod ko anang ilang P1k perfect attendance almost every month when i was there except for when i was on leave..heheh..

i've been sick when i worked there but all i paid for was my fare going back and forth to the hospital..pati ako medicine subsidized jud! aha p ka ana? basta lng regular na ka nya naa kay papers ipakita as proof...

d jud ta ko nahan muhawa pro i wanted to be with my (biological) family mn so i decided to go... huhu...

I agree. Yes, it is true that people here are not flashy when it comes to dressing up. They'd rather dress down.. No pretensions whatsoever, what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of people. Usually those people who see the bad side of things, who are pessimists are not welcome here. Kadto sad nay attitude problems, please don't send your applications... You'd just become one of those sour-graping guys. Save yourself the trouble of having to undergo through employment processes but just get ditched.

Naa man sad bati and Calltek, like the office na murag warehouse, like the way they dress na murag yagit (not all though), BUT IF YOU ARE BRAINY, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE FLASHY (like dressing up in fancy clothing). This is the only place where you can see Cisco certified guys who wear flip flops while working with Nomadix, IP3 and Cisco products.

Mag ginabot na ta guys! Gutom na kau....
