    hahahahah d ko mo too ana kay ang basic dd2 is 8k den bonus is 2k nya near impossble pa gyd na makuha ang bonus den TAX pa gyd na perting ambota! wahahahah i really doubt mo abot og 16k iya swldo

    16k salary in LCS is one heck of a lie.
    i've worked there before.
    8k ang basic pay, 2k ang bonus if and only if wala kay late or absent.
    7days/week ang work.
    bad management.
    too much politicking in the company.
    mag sipsip lng ka sa manager = ok na imong job.
    ana ra.

    yeko raman? haha.. im happy sako company og sa account ako gi trabahoan.. it really depends asa ka mabutang nga account... yes peps.. low ang basic salary, pero mag agad man pud kas incentives og performance allowance... I'm working here in Sykes... and im proud !!!! bibo au me diri then fyter au ang working environment..im working w/ world class agents here.. mga maayo mga tao diri.. nice manangement... again low basic pay pero high ang performance allowance og incentives.. mura ra man pud kag nag etel/xlibris salary if consistent lang ka being an agent... ahhaahha... mag matter na sa imo gi hatag nga performance sa account then they will pay you sa imo deserving amount of salary..... will.... contento ko diri.... dili cgoro na performer imo mego brod...
    hahhahahaha.... avevahhh louya sah...hahhaha peace easy.. chillax..

    yup.. i'v hrd about that.. bwt anang pep support... under sa aspire.. sister company daw na nga training churva.. depende na if eg apply nimo sa PS ang tga aspire man mag interview nimo,explainan ka nganung mo take paka sa ila program training..din i inform ka nila if naka pasar baka as scholar(naka allowance pero 1 month after naka madawat sa pag endorse nimo makoha ang allowance together w/ your first salary) no need for you to pay sa ila training... or if wala maka pasar sa aspire interview take japon ka og training pero u need to pay for about 4k somthing man to for sure bt refundable man pud... din every due date at the end sa week. i endurse ka sa inyo instructor or trainer sa usa ka hr interview.. but dapat pasaron sa nimo ang assesment b4 ka e endurse .. na a ko kaila diha nga 5 weeks na sia cge og endurse la japon ka pasar... din after pla ka days pang menglabay, gi pa report na sia sa office nga la sia na qualify sa sunod na nga training, so out ang iya beauty.. mahay noun sia.. he's wasting he's time instead mangita og work sa lain.. by the way naa na contrata ang tga aspire (PS) if naka sign ka sa contract din dapat obligado ka nga dili ka maka apply to any other BPO company..or else maka bayad ka sa ila certain amount.. part sa ila rules and regulation... come to think of it.. grabeh ila standard dara.. pero naka pasar ra diay ako mego run sa Sykes.. din nawalang ahp.. even though di kayo ing ana ka bagtek imo standard b4 pero for as long as willing lang gud ka ma take part sa imo obligasyon being an agent og trainable ka pag ka tao mag improve man jud ka.... ayu nalang ning akong company run, kay ni tabang sa pag us-us sa mga unemployed sa pinas.. Will anyways, dri sa amo company... naa man ng training.. so mag improve jud ka... tak tak mag dili ka responsable..Again I'm proud I'm working w/ worldclass agents samo account... hehehe Mao ra man japon,
    tanan mga callcenter agent.. lingkud bangko+take og calls+dawat swildo+irate callers... nyeheheh....besag asa pana scripted man lang japun ig take og call...... asa naman ng standard anang sa uban bah.. nga gi pa hasol pa imo time and effort... basta as long as trainable lang jud ka.. well anyways... we all the potential to be better than what we are... then it put your skills to test... avevah..
