spray some water on a few pellets, once soft na, just ground it and mix it sa salad nila, make sure nakapilit siya sa greens. as they developed taste for the pellet, gradually mix wet soft pellets (not grounded) with the greens.

yes, i gave sam newly-molted mealworms since day 1. just make sure na newly-molted and white pa ang color sa mw. dont give brown ones coz hard na ang chitin ato nila...not advisable coz the hard chitins are hard to digest for BDs and may cause impaction.

Still worms are suggested not as a staple but pang snacks lang usahay occasionally.

sige will read up on it and yes pang snacks lang. main staple of our bds is still the 1/8" crickets and the greens in the morning.

@muzikfreakah: here are some photos of the biggest and the smallest among the 4. big ayo ang difference. the small one is afraid of the crickets man gud. have to shake til they go upside down before he/she eats. haha..while the other one would even steal some from his bro/sis

bro, I tried searching about it online, but all I found are things that say they are merely "baby" or small superworms....like these site here that sells micro superworms: Micro Superworms

i'm using microsuperworms and it's great! u can use it as a staple too... i still have about a thousand in here from my lost beardie now it's for my new beardie hehe
