wow this is a good thread! i want to try this-it makes sense man gud. i have 6 japanese classmates during my inflight training and grabe ka mga eaters unya mag beer pa jud every night but pirteng ka mga nipis sa lawas!!! you'll wonder where napunta ang tanang food nila na gikaon. i also noticed na aside from drinking cold beers b4 sleeping but during meal times dili sila mahilig mga juice or softdrinks. they are really into water-warm!! and their green tea too!

Maybe what worked for the TS is the fact that he drinks enough water to assist his metabolism. Maybe it doesn't matter whether it's warm or cold as long as you have enough water in a day I don't know. I'm not a dietician or a medical expert but that's what I think..Maybe I'm wrong.![]()

mas maau gani kuno ang tea... mao kuno kasagaran sa mga insik kay slim kay hilig og tea hehehe
