In my experience, the best codec for viewing anime, The Combined Community Codec Pack: http://www.kickassanime.org/wiki/ind...?title=Compack - designed specifically for viewing anime, guaranteed to be compatible with all anime release groups. It does better with 5 MB what KLM Codec Pack does with 20.
