Don't compare your self to others because we are not the same. If we're the same eh di sana lahat tayo dito walang alam or hindi na nagpapaturo. ani nalang.... some are pushing their ideas.... which is correct man.... so lets meet halfway..... let the thread starter decide on what to do..... on my opinion its on the following.

1. crossover cable
advantage is mas barato, kay palit lang ka lain network card, and the crossover cable. i connect na nimo ang network card sa imong primary pc and connect the cable sa pikas PC.

disadvantage is dapat naka on ang imong primary pc para maka internet cya (kay ang primary pc man ang link niya para maka internet. another thing is, you need to learn a bit of network ip addressing for the two computers to see each other as "network".

2. using a router
advantage is no need to study ip addressing kay ang router na ang bahala ana, and you don't need the primary pc to be on para ka maka internet, its like nag himo ang router ug another port for you para duha ka computer maka connect at anytime you like.

disadvantage is medyo mahal jud cya from number 1, and you need to read the user's manual or any documents kay kung mgka problema ang imong router later, you know asa ka mo agi.

so asa man ang imong gusto? just weigh out your options kung asa jud ka....

kung naa pa moy ma dungag nga advantage and/or disadvantages, paki add lang pud nya...
