my friend was advised to hav a juice fasting for a week like carrot, apple etc.. he cannot leave the country w/ his fatty liver!

..by the way there 2 kinds of fatty liver..the alcoholic,which is of course caused by to much alcohol intake, and the non-alcoholic,which has no exact proven cause but perhaps cause of too much fats..mine is the latter..i have avoided fatty foods from now on..

my sgpt is high for my age. though not that alarming, the dr. advised me to tone-down my alcohol intake and avoid fatty/oily foods.
so i followed his advise.

magpatest nasad nya ko balik to see if my sgpt recovers.

avoid drinking alcohol... also avoid using rubbing alcohol and perfumes...
drink apple juice everyday... it helps...

whats wrong with using rubbing alcohol and perfume bro? can you enlighten me us?

alcohol content in rubbing alcohol can seep through the pores in your skin, to your blood stream and to the liver through circulation... so it's still not good..
