is it true that pugsanay ang pag apil kon pa register sa ICAC if mo lukat ka ug MAYOR's PERMIT? any cafe owners, who can share there guidelines on how to acquire business permit for internet cafe's. And about taxation, mo file pako ug income tax return as an employer of my own business aside from the tax nga akong gi bayran sa BIR? or is there a special form in paying my tax as a self-employed individual?
