Sure. Para nako, school is not just about studying. You meet a lot of people and you learn how to socialize with others and I think usa na sa big factor sa pagskwela. Dli tanang gitudlo sa skwelahan magamit pero ang pag usab sa imong mindset through socializing which you get from school really matters.

Stepping stone rana atong g.skwelahan sa school. Not really magamit jud but para nako, mao nay foundation nmu sa imong knowledge. Pero dili man tanan.

I'll give example (mag sorry nako daan kai naai dili maka relate ani). Electrical Engineer ko tuod karon pero as of now, gina train ko as a Maintenance Technician in a company.

Para daw kuno ma develop ang skills sa imong career, kai mag enroll daw ta ug mga special courses that costs thousands of pesos... pero we can still develop those kinds of skills whether technical or personal type of skills pero sa sulod na sa workplace and its already free... kaysa bayaran nimo ang skills needed sa work place. Pero ang problema kai what if fresh graduate pajud ka, dako kag marks tuod pero the required skills for the work places aren't there yet? So ang applicant mapugos nalang ug enroll sa specialized skills training.

What are your thoughts in this?

As for me, it was my high school education(School of Tomorrow) that honed my communication skills. Currently, I'm working in a BPO..NOC(Network Operations Center) Team.
