they can still breastfeed because the mammary glands aren't disturb, the silicon is implanted in between the adipose tissue of the breast where the milk glands are located and the muscles covering our rib cage

sakto gyud ka about what you told her that we are filipino and so our noses are not meant to look like a caucasian's nose. but obviously your sister does not feel beautiful enough thats why she feels insecure. but thats understandable, we always want what we dont have. pareha ra gud sa ato-a nga mga girls would do anything just to have a fair skin and thats because having a fair/white skin is not in our genes, unless mestiza ka. diri sad sa gawas gusto sad silag brown skin, bahalag tugkan ug cancer buwad lang gihapon sa init.

collagen is used for fine lines and wrinkles not as an implant filler. its either saline (salt solution) or silicon...
