What does the green "WARNED" word written below the profile name means?

there ought to be precise explanation as to why we are warned or muted rather than redirecting us. the concept is good but how it is implemented is just way too unprofessional. there should be a some sort of a TRIAL first.

I tried to argue that it falls on the right category - General Chit-Chat - where topics that doesn't fall on other categories can be placed but she lectured me that it's only a NONSENSE - but ain't this forum composed mostly of NONSENSE topics with pastime intentions? I only mean to share that topic here coz it got a lot of audience from one of the other forum sites hoping I could add some sort of FUN with my friends here. She continues that even General Chit-Chat is restricted to some sort of degree - ironic that what seems general is bounded. All I'm asking is for her to be more specific as to how different it is from other topics and she disclosed it and now that account is banned from this forum.

OT: Bro, if you want to complain to other mods here, pm lang to Beorski or Galadriel. Don't post it here as forum rules said. Only Beorski and Galadriel can answer your side if it's ok or not.

Been there, been that - with PissKhanXXX.
And the only answer i've got is having my other account banned access to this forums. As of your claim on me not following forum rules on my post you've quoted, i resort to it so i can air out publicly my case - just for the record - as it was not settled on the "pm" method. But my issue's not a big deal really, it's not like i'd get rich if i continue to pursue it. One suggestion though, i hope moderators would "moderate" on their intimidating nature when dealing with violators. Even God - with all His Almighty Powers - is very understanding on human trespasses.
