    Not only fruits but veggies. Ngano puro ra man jud fruits kita mga pinoy sah?
    Green leafy veggies maka tabang na. Avoid too much meat.
    Make sure na kaon kag utan kada adlaw.
    Sad to say na 2 out of 10 pinoys lng ang mokaon ug utan.

    brown rice if you're not a vegetable person. doesn't taste as good as white rice though, but guarantees a dump everyday.

    Di man ko daily sauna, pero karon way mahimo makaadto gyud sa cr everyday. Basta makainom lang coke naa chance maka skip ko. Sige ko inom bugnaw kaau na tubig wala ra siya effect sa ako pag poop. Nalimpyohan siguro to ako tinae kato nag supplement para patambok. Daghan siguro hugaw sa tyan tungod bisag unsa ra kan.on nya sige ra tira softdrinks.

    1. drink lot of water
    2. make it a habit to poop daily, sunod jud og oras, like 7:00AM before ka maligo going to work
    bahala ug dili ka makalibang, next day napud same time, mutultol ra na sya ^_^

    High fiber diet works! Magkapoblema sad ko ani sa una. Akong buhaton ky moinom kog yakult if di jd mada ug high fiber diet. But lately, buyag okay naman hehe

    Exercise. Drink plenty of water (unless contraindicated). Make sure to have vegetables in all your meals. Yogurt or oatmeal for your snacks.
