My d-link is DI-LB604 with Firmware 1.01.

But I ordered that router in the US, about 4 month ago, because that router was not yet available here.
I don't know what firmware etc. the version sold here is.

bro geunsa nimo ang set up sa WAN2? i mean ge backup, or enable.

Enable wan2, set the load balancing to 50% / 50%, and you should be fine.

Both static IP's.
But I have before wan1 static IP and wan2 dynamic IP, but whatever I used, it always worked fine for me.
I had combinations of:
wan1-pldt, wan2-pldt
wan1-pldt, wan2-globe
wan1-pldt, wan2-cable internet

Now I use wan1-pldt, wan2-cable internet, both static IP.

kay ang akoa deri both wan1 and wan2 ge dynamic tanan, asta pod ang workstation dynamic..ISP smartbro kato pang residential.
