    Try to get your blood running bro, im not one to judge but basin sedentary na imong lifestyle? run? go to the gym, pump your muscles up, bisag 1 hour lang per day, basta nag exert ka, but not too the point nga wa nakay energy mu work. Imong mindset "productive nga day" kapuyon jd ka ana bro.
