Suggestion lang, if industrial level ang trabaho, better go for Xeon and motherboard that supports ECC memory. If you maka afford. Focus more on the CPU, Memory and HDD(why HDD? you know why) rather than the GPU.

P.S Don't get hooked up on the CUDA thing, its still a stream processor.

One thing to note ts..dli need ug hardcore specs ang autocad.unlike sa 3ds max ug maya ug uban pa nga 3d application ...for viewport navigation lng kanang mid end nga gpu mka sugakod rna....again ts if mu gasto kag video card nya mag cge rkag draw ug lines dli jud practical.....another thing to consider ts kay ang gpu dli na ma gamit inig render nimo matug rna.halos tanan rendering engine nka cpu based.maihap ra ang nka gpu based krn

dili kin.hanglan ug workstation gpu kung viewporrts lang.....quad core cpu is more than enough for viewports.
gamit lang gpu na pwede multi-monitor setup if you going that route...

kun gamit ta'g nice na GPU on autoCAD, fluid ang drawing even on 2D... but not all nice GPUs are nice for AutoCAD... basta, on the gaming GPUs, the GTX 750 Ti and R7 260X would be bang for the money for autoCAD...

kun mo gasto ang company (mabawi ra bitaw ni kay money making man ang gamit nya)... kun complicated gyud kaayo ang work loads, go for a workstation grade HW... Xeon and Quadro... skip lang ang Firepro kay its not that good for AutoCAD. bati ang performance to price ratio nya for this software... pero, depende pud ni's work load... naa lain strength sa CAD software ang Firepro...

basta, kun ang AutoCAD work load kay 3D rendering, go for i7 on a desktop based workstation rig... but mas better gyud ang Xeon & ECC ram (labi na dual Xeon) for this purpose (autoCAD 3D rendering)....
