but if member based ang osa ka political party it will discourage patronage politics and balimbingan. I guess boss wala pa mn cguro natawo ang perfect/pinkatarong nga tawo sa kalibutan when talking about leadership specially nga politika atong storyahan.
I must say "atleast" topnotchers / college degree ang type of leaders ky naa pay chance nga maikog, naay dignidad and WILL like you said.
How could your mindset achieved such WILL if you are not properly educated? Will of giving gifts, bugas, delata etc... pwede pa., but the gov't itself is a business. So we need leaders nga dili lng pang TV or Movies.. Should have background in Accounting, Laws, Bussiness and other related fields..

education is useless if the person is already hell bent for doing wrong... "will" is necessary and it what makes the wheel turn... we are already a nation of lawyers, nurses, callcenters, it and maids... i think its time we put someone who can walk the talk... educated people tend to talk more and walk less... it would be nice if the leader with iron will is also educated thats a plus... what this country need is someone who can do the action and cut the crap in talking... coz where really getting nowhere right now...

you dont need to be an expert on accounting,laws or business... to run a country, thats the purpose of secretary and advisers... redundancy... a leader should know how to make GOOD decisions based from suggestions and advices... you can either work hard or work intelligently...

not really convinced given your statements. People should not think of instant solution because will end up dissapointed with our leaders.

For me education is LIFE. Add it to oneself and you'll getting extensions towards interests, likes and happiness.
Gov't is business. You'll need a college degree to run a business but you just have to be able to read and write to run a country.. crazy..
