Bro, why not try specifying an IP address for you DNS? Its ok, to use loopback for the AD server,
but for the clients ?

Assuming you are having the correct IP settings and the firewall is not blocking the ICMP ping,
this could probably be a DNS issue.

- yes ako na pud ge specify ang IP address sa DNS, mao ghapon dili ma ping
- kung ma ping nako ang windows 7 sa server unya ang windows XP pro dili man so wla ge block ang ICMP ping

ah, ang client PC nako bro kay 32bit win xp pro then ang win server nako 64bit. ang blema lang nako pag last na solved cya through reformat the PC hehehe.

havent tried with xp home and server2008 but similar issue ang na-encounter namo sa sa xp pro 32bit with server 2012. ambot giunsa to sa among admin. hehehe.
