Rambutan,
San Juan is a city? Municipality pa man siguro?
jeffrey,
yes! san juan is now a city!!!
bag uhay ra.. this year after the elections i think..
just a comment re the salary na Php 25,000 per month. coz i think it will prove helpful to those cebuanos considering relocation. lets say taga cebu ka, then you are relocated to manila. you dont have relatives or friends there to assist you financially.
if 25,000 pesos, kuhaan pa ng tax.. lets say u'll end up roughly 20,000 pesos per month..
deduct rent for a room (say 2k-3k) , electricity & water (500?/mo) , transportation from house to place of work (max budget 100-200/day), daily meals budget (200).
ull have roughly 5k per month to spare for clothing, meds, misc.. or less than 200 pesos per day for 30days.
and oh, hmm, what about communication? youll have to spare for load also.. (deduct it from the 200 per day)..
super antigo jud ka mag work backwards para maka save jud ka..
then again, in this situation, and you can earn naman 10-15k net in cebu where you have your
family, relatives & friends around -- better stay... (budget wise lang..)
yeah, sunday market at the lung center near quezon memorial circle in quezon city. daghan jud barato unya you'll find almost everything that you need and want especially food. maka tsamba ka makakita ka pa well-known personalities from showbiz.Originally Posted by Jeffrey
There is a pychic income of living independently should also be considered. I went to Manila, because I want to try out living on my own something I'll never be able to do if I'm in Cebu.Originally Posted by grace divina s. calabroso
Btw. if net nimo 20k then this is a possible breakdown of living expenses.
Savings 4k
Rent 4k (including utilities)
Food 4k
Transpo2k
Cellphone + Laundry 1k
Then 5k could be disposable income. That should be okay assuming you're not to magarbo with your lifestyle.

for example, buying shoes, clothing, and accessories from greenhills, tutuban mall, or 168 mall instead of at the boutiques...
