add CPU and graphic card TDP - double each TDP if overclocking - plus 100 watts for fans, HDD, SSD's, RAM, mobo, and other parts. Add 10 watts for each (after market) water cooling pumps.

Make sure you get quality PSU. Some have 10 years waranty equipped with japanese solid caps and ball bearings...stay away from cheap brass and/or liquid bearings.
