    mga bro..if kato lang na item inyo information about e-ban ang helmet law..kasabot raku sa inyo comment tanan.
    BUT....
    d man is from zamboanga..near Pagadian City, do you know nga bawal ang maghelmet,bonet didto while riding motorcycle?
    reason ngano bawal.

    1. Riding in Tandem
    2. Robbery
    3. etc...

    Kay dili mahibal-an ang identity sa suspek if naa gisout sa iya ulo.

    mao na ang mean reason.
    sa Cebu daghan na unta CCTV pero naghelmet or nag bonnet and suspek, nya motor way plaka...
    wala gihapon gamit ang cctv...

    Ang dapat unta ani, buhat clag balaod nga compulsory ang helmet pro kung naa na clay tumbahon or tirahan dapat huboon daan ang helmet before nila buhaton kay kung dli; multahan cla nganong naghelmet sa ilang pagtira.
