Can Facebook add suicidal note detection? In this case Facebook can help notifying his/her friends about the plan or the risk... Just my suggestion though... Thanks.

Well yes, the basic premise is that. However, they don't have to explicitly admit or deny it otherwise it would be bad for their business. For a service that is free, that is not a remote possibility at all.
