Isipin mo Ms. Chua ang students namin sa UK marunong na mag English this means hindi basic English ang tinuturo namin sa kanila at to think Englsih MA ang mga students namin. May English Dept. din kami for American students (English speaking country pa rin) mga magte take ng SAT/ACT exams. Now, Ms. Chua ako ang magtatanong "Do you Have What it Takes To Be One Of Us"? Can you teach Literature and Poetry? Phonetics vs. Phonology? or even SAT/ACT? or tulungan silang mag review for the English Departments monthly evaluation like Consonant Clusters, Diacritic etc...

    - Ayan nasagot ko ba lahat ng tinatanong mo? Well, sana Ms. Chua ang pagbabasa ay sinasamahan ng pag intindi. At sinasamahan mo rin ng pagre research sa ibang sites. Bigyan kita ng example:

Nabasa ko sa isang site ang HR manager nyo pala hindi para sa mga home based teachers para lang sa office based. Kung walang HR para sa home based teachers sino nag orient sa inyo? Paki sagot po lahat ng may question mark.

    hahaha. i had funny experience with this company. i was planning to work as part time instructor as i was employed fulltime then. aftr from a gy shift dali2 ko uli sa house for interview online and na shock nkng ko ky naa dayun mock class and me having no experience sa online teaching ky nangamote jud.. funny jd tu na exp sa akoa..

    wow! grabe si teacher jane sa comments nya, mukhang bagong teacher ka lang sa 51talk...dati ako jan sa 51talk di na ako nag open ng schedule ko nagpalit din ako ng sim card para di na nila ako makontak....sa pagkaka tanda ko madaming teachers at admins na hindi tumagal sa kanila kasi nga bulok sobra ang sistema...yun isa kong kaibigan kakaalis lang jan, pioneer ako ng 51talk....tanda ko dati meron kaming group chat dun kami nag-uusap na mga teachers tapos inalis ng management kasi daw nakaka distract ng class....then iniba ang mga logins namin sa skype pati QQ, nuon kasi ang mga teachers ang bahala mag create ng login sa QQ eh...siguro natakot ang management na magkaisa ang mga teachers laban sa kanila...to the max ang kabulukan ng sistema kaya nga palagi silang hire ng hire ng teachers...sa penalties na lang kasi may ibang motibo na, nuon pag 15 minutes wala ang student pwede ng i mark ng absent, ngayon daw sabi ng kaibigan ko kailangan mong antayin matapos ang 25 minutes bago mo i mark ng absent pero ang bayad kalahati lang...tapos pag ang teacher ang absent anlaki ng nakakaltas 30, 70 at 300 na daw...paano na kung wala kang load pantawag agad at nagpapa load kapa lang o kaya naman emergency na biglang nasira ang pc mo or nagka problema ang power cable na kailangan mo pang bumili eh di tumataginting na 300 agad yun, ang nakakasuka pa sa lahat yun proseso nila ng complaint hindi maintindihan...sabi nun friend ko nagka complaint daw sya sa internet connection eh student naman nya may prob kaso nakaltasan pa rin sya ng 100 points pinapaalis nya kasi sumunod daw sya sa process ayaw daw alisin yung complaint...at yun naalis na 100 points hindi binalik sa kanya...para saan pa ang pag sunod mo sa proseso kung wala din palang mangyayari...ano yun para lang alam nila pero wala solusyon...ayun yung kaibigan ko hindi na din nag open ng oras nya sa 51talk...eh hindi din naman daw nya alam kung kanino sasabihin kasi nun nagtanong daw sya sa admins daw yun pero wala naman ginawa ang admin nila...another thing pa pala teacher jane si teacher milca, teacher mitchie at teacher joyce halos mga kasabayan ko sila pioneer din magagaling silang teachers alam mo ba anong nangyari sa kanila jan sa 51talk? you might want to find out...si teacher peachy alam ko talagang nag-resign sya kasi sukang-suka na sya sa 51talk...

    Please close this thread because it already forfeit the purpose why I'm posting this thread. I'm here to help people to have work at home and not to raise an arguments with anybody. If you want to complaint about the company, if you have your legal bases, as what I've said their is a proper ground for it. Go to NLRC, DOLE and have their company investigated. Its just an easy task di ba?

    helping people is providing pros and cons of a certain company specially if they are new to this kind of industry..you do not need to provide the negatives "literally" but giving them an idea, would suffice, this will not hurt your ego or pride...though in your situation right now you do not accept other people's opinion rather you insist your joyful pride about the company, people would understand if you "love" the company you work with, but c'mon you know the rules and you know that it "sucks"....as what you've said from your early post "I'm Posting this thread to raise arguments to anybody"...now you got what you want, ayt? you really do not want to amend for something you do not know..that is a pity...

    dugay nako sa 51talk. Okay ra man kung responsible lang ka nga tawo. Pero kung labad ka nga pagkatawo, aw maglabad jud imong ulo. Bisan asa paka nga companya kung gamay kag utok, gamay gyud na siya. salamat.
